What the research says
The often-cited Harvard Business Review study on online lead response found that firms contacting a lead within an hour were far more likely to qualify it than those waiting even a little longer, and that most companies took much longer than that. The findings have been repeated in many industries since. The uncomfortable part is that almost nobody measures their own number.
Find your real number
Open the Messaging tab in IQPilot Analytics and look at time-to-first-reply by hour of day and by agent.
