From Facebook Lead Ad to WhatsApp Conversation in Under a Minute
11 August 2026 · IQPilot Team

Facebook lead forms are cheap to run and slow to work. Subscribing the form to IQPilot means every submission becomes a lead with its campaign attached, gets a WhatsApp message immediately, and is assigned to an agent before the prospect has closed the app.
The spreadsheet problem
The default Facebook workflow is: download the CSV, paste numbers into WhatsApp, type the same opener 40 times. By the time the agent gets to row 30, the prospect has forgotten the ad. Facebook Leads Subscription in IQPilot replaces the CSV: the moment a form is submitted, the lead is written to your Leads Table with the Page, Campaign and Source fields filled in automatically.
Set up the subscription
Connect Facebook from the integrations menu, pick the page, and subscribe the lead forms you are running. Each form can map to a folder — 'Project A launch', 'Q3 insurance webinar' — so the team sees launches separately. Test with Facebook's Lead Ads Testing Tool and watch the test lead appear in the table.
Trigger the first WhatsApp message
Add a workflow with a Lead Trigger that sends a WhatsApp message from the launch number: thank them, confirm what they registered for, and ask one qualifying question. Because the message comes from a number they can reply to, the conversation continues in the AI flow — which can share the brochure, answer FAQs and book a viewing.
- Keep the opener under 40 words and end with a question
- Reference the ad creative so the message feels expected
- Send within a minute — a Lead Trigger fires immediately
Assign it while it is warm
Lead Distribution can round-robin new leads across agents, or route by rules — project, language, budget. The assigned agent gets a notification on Telegram or web push and sees the full history in the shared inbox. In the Leads analytics tab you can compare cost per lead against booked appointments per campaign, which is the number that actually decides next month's ad budget.
